Get up close and personal with an amazing array of animals on the Walk on the Wild Side Tour, or WOW tour, at Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary. This 1.5-hour, 3-mile walking tour is available Tuesday – Saturday at 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance either online or by calling 770-957-0888. Not for children 10 years and under.

What to Expect

During your professionally guided, educational walking tour, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the numerous exotic, wild and domestic animals that call Noah’s Ark home. From the safety of a fenced enclosure, watch the adorable antics of capuchin monkeys, and observe the fascinating behaviors of Golden the tiger and Liberty the lioness. Along the way, you’ll also get to meet the most unlikely of friends, Baloo the American black bear and Shere Khan the Bengal tiger. These two surviving members of The BLT – a famous bear, lion and tiger trio – were rescued from an Atlanta home in 2001 and share a special bond that transcends species. Before you leave, make sure to visit the Gift Shop for a souvenir.
