Home to more than 1,000 abused, neglected and surrendered animals, Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary is a nonprofit educational sanctuary located in Locust Grove, GA. Sitting on 250 acres, this sanctuary provides a beautiful, park-like setting families can enjoy as they embark on a free self-guided tour or paid behind-the-scenes guided tour. Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary was also home to the famous Bear, Lion and Tiger (BLT) trio, who lived together since they were cubs. Although Leo the lion passed away in August 2016 and Shere Khan passed away in December 2018, Baloo the Black Bear remains.
