These trails vary in distance, terrain, and surrounding activities, providing you with diverse offerings.

Panola Mountain State Park

As one of only three National Heritage Areas in the state, Panola Mountain State Park is definitely worth a visit. The natural beauty of the area is only enhanced by the abundance of activities to enjoy, including paved and forested trails, archery, tree climbing and more. Visitors wanting to hike Panola Mountain can sign up for one of the guided hikes offered at the park. A $5.00 fee is charged for parking at Panola.

Village Park at North Henry

This handicap accessible park includes a 1.1 mile paved walking/jogging trail. Like other parks in the area, Village Park contains pavilions and a playground, but the interactive water feature sets this park apart from others nearby. Pets are prohibited from entering this park without written permission of the county.

Clark Community Park

Need a space where your furry friend can roam? Although pets are prohibited in the park area, there is a dedicated bark park located at Clark Community Park that welcomes breeds large and small. Take a stroll on the 7 mile paved trail while family or friends spend time playing with pups.

Memorial Park (Reeves Creek Trail)

In addition to a playground that offers special needs features, pavillions and a basketball court, Memorial Park also offers the 3 mile, paved Reeves Creek Trail. Enjoy biking, jogging or even walking a pet along this trail. Those that enter the park from the Flippen Road entrance will be met by exercise equipment and a Little Free Library constructed by local Stockbridge business BarnBeautiful.

Cubihatcha Outdoor Center

The Cubihatcha Outdoor Center serves as an educational resource, teaching information about the protection and preservation of wildlife habitats. A popular destination for school groups, the outdoor center also features 10 miles of trails that can be found dispersed among its three reservoirs.
