Join us as Chef Marian demonstrates a delicious meal and talks about the interesting traditions and roots of the southern pork beans and greens dinner.
In this class, Marian will teach us how to create a memorable first meal of the year.
The demo will include a tasty twist on the traditional new years day meal. Pork with sage and honey glaze, gingered collards, and spiced field peas. A few yummy surprises will be offered, as always.

Each seat includes the demonstration, recipe packet, meal (salad, main entrée, dessert) a non-alcohol drink, and a small bottle of olive oil or vinegar (excluding truffle oils)
