11% Irish, Michael Tolcher wanted to get down at the Jailhouse and invite all his friends to come and hang for some pre-Saint Patty’s Day festivities. As always, there will be musical guests to perform along side Michael and his band. Andy Bray and Lisa Wheeler will take the stage as well and perhaps a few others to round out the afternoon.
