The family-friendly Halloween celebration lands in the city of Locust Grove at Crumbles by Nicole. Registering for the class, the students can expect a costume contest and a cookie decoration kit. The kit will include 4 cookies, hot cocoa, Halloween craft, and 3 bags of colored icing as well as sprinkles. The event is open to all ages.
