1. The “2022 Race to Henry Contest” (“Contest”) is open to any legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States and D.C. and Puerto Rico twenty-one (21) years-of-age or older. Entrants may register for the Contest by completing and submitting an official entry form online from Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. EST through Monday, March 14, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”). Each entrant may complete only one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. No purchase is necessary. An alternative method of entry is available here. Entry information will only be shared with Henry County Convention and Visitors Bureau (“CVB”) employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives. The CVB and the Henry County Chamber of Commerce (“HCCC”), Atlanta Motor Speedway staff and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. The first 200 entries received during the contest period will receive an Atlanta Motor Speedway decal and will be notified on or before March 17, 2022. Entrants need not be present to win. Decals will be mailed to the provided address for the first 200 entries. The CVB is not responsible for entries which it does not receive due to technological or online server error.
4. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Director of Tourism of the Henry County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the President and CEO of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce. (“Contest Judges”). All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the Contest Judges, whose decisions shall be final. The Contest Judges may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judges, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or the CVB, the HCCC, or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and may be required to complete a W-9 taxpayer identification form. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold the CVB and the HCCC harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.
