Stockbridge Traffic Boxes

Here’s a vibrant look at the painted traffic boxes in Stockbridge, GA—a joyful part of the the City Artscape Challenge public art initiative that transforms utility boxes into colorful landmarks.

Steph Calvert created seven unique designs around the city, infusing scenes of nature and whimsy into everyday infrastructure. Two others, Ivonne Santos-Ewers and Maya Weldon, were also involved in these creations.

These artful traffic boxes are part of Stockbridge’s broader beautification project to elevate public spaces through community-driven creativity and brighten the urban landscape with imaginative, locally inspired murals.
