1. Eligibility
The “2026 National Travel & Tourism Week Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Henry County Convention and Visitors Bureau (“CVB”), the Henry County Chamber of Commerce (“HCCC”), Bandwango, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 8, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by downloading one (1) of the three (3) designated Bandwango tour passes available on the Visit Henry County website.
Entry is limited to the first fifty (50) individuals who successfully download a qualifying pass during the Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible individual will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes upon download.
Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of the number of passes downloaded. Multiple downloads by the same individual will not result in additional entries.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without downloading a pass, mail a 3” x 5” card with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 8, 2026 and received by May 12, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.
4. Prizes / Odds
Six (6) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received from the first fifty (50) qualified participants.
Each winner will receive a prize (details to be specified by Sponsor; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (maximum of 50 entries).
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on May 11, 2026. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. Participation Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent or disruptive behavior.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of any prize. If required by law, winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099 and may be required to complete and return a Form W-9 or other tax documentation.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Henry County Chamber of Commerce, Bandwango, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, or claims based on defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
9. Data / Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and future marketing communications from Visit Henry County, where permitted by law.
