Panola Mountain State Park will be doing their annual hike on July 4 from 8 PM – 10:30 PM. Hikers will enjoy sweeping views of Stone Mountain and Atlanta’s fireworks from atop the mountain, along with sunset views and s’mores by the campfire. This guided hike is ideal for nature lovers ages 8 and older. The price is $25, and registration is required—call the park at (770) 389-7801 to secure your spot. This is a hike to WATCH the fireworks around the metro area. Panola WILL NOT be setting off fireworks.
