1. The “Atlanta Air Show Experience” (“Contest”) is open to any U.S. resident twenty-one (21) years-of-age or older. Entrants may register for the Contest by completing and submitting an official entry form online at https://visithenrycountygeorgia.com/atlanta-air-show-contest/ from Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 12:00 a.m. EST through Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”). Each entrant may complete only one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. All entry information will be shared with the Henry County Convention and Visitors Bureau (“CVB”) employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives. The information for entrants who opt-in to receiving additional information about the Atlanta Air Show will be shared with B. Lilley Productions, LLC. The CVB, the Henry County Chamber of Commerce (“HCCC”), B. Lilley Productions and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. There will be one (1) Prize winner. The Prize winner will be selected by random drawing on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from among all eligible entries received during the Contest period. Entrants need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone within two (2) days from the date of selection. The winner may have to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability, a W-9 and, where lawful a publicity release. If CVB does not receive the affidavit, W-9 and release within one (1) week of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of their name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, service mark, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by the CVB without additional compensation. The prizes will be awarded after all required proof and documentation is received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The CVB is not responsible for entries which it does not receive due to technological or online server error.
3. There is one (1) Prize. The Prize includes: Four (4) two-day Preferred Seating Sections tickets; Four (4) invitations to the Saturday night VIP Party with the Pilots; Four (4) “Hot Ramp” VIP access passes to the Atlanta Speedway Airport; a two-night (Friday and Saturday night) stay at the Comfort Suites, 4699 Bill Gardner Parkway, Locust Grove, GA 30248; a ride in a Huey helicopter for four (4) people at the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation, 506 Speedway Blvd., Hampton, GA 30228; a fifty ($50) dollar gift certificate to Lovin’ Oven Pizzeria, 3844 Hwy 42, Locust Grove, GA 30248; a fifty ($50) dollar gift certificate to Tierra Mia Mexican Cuisine, 14 East Main Street, Hampton, GA 30248; (3) three-day weekend car rental from Enterprise Rent-A-Car (optional protections on vehicle not included), valid at a any location in the continental United States, for a total approximate retail value of $2,000.00 (“Prize”). The CVB will assist the Prize winner with their hotel reservation confirmation and their rental car confirmation. All other tickets and gift cards will be available at check-in. All other expenses, including transportation to and from Henry County, Georgia, meals and parking costs, are the responsibility of the winner. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for the Grand Prize, provided, however, the CVB may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Director of Tourism of the Henry County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the President and CEO of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce. (“Contest Judges”). All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the Contest Judges, whose decisions shall be final. The Contest Judges may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judges, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or the CVB, the HCCC, or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and may be required to complete a W-9 taxpayer identification form. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold the CVB and the HCCC harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.
