JailHouse Brewing Company

8 Cherry Street, Hampton, GA 30228
(256) 474-5250

Named after the building’s former occupant, the city jail of Hampton, JailHouse Brewing Company brews distinctive, hand-crafted beers, including their Slammer Wheat, Misdemeanor Ale and Mugshot IPA. When visiting JailHouse Brewing, you’ll be able to get a firsthand look at the tanks and brewing equipment used to make their year-round and seasonal brews. While the brewery is open to all ages, you must be 21 to taste.

The hand-crafted beers from JailHouse Brewing Company marry small-batch ingenuity with refreshing palatability. JailHouse’s usual suspects are satisfying, flavorful, and designed to enhance Southern cuisine. Look for seasonal beers and 4D IPA throughout the year, and keep your eye out for the orange and black badge tap handles throughout Henry County. Brewery tours and tastings are available Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Each Thursday night has a rotating schedule of Open Mic, Comedy, Pub Run and Music Bingo while Friday nights are reserved for “For the Record! Vinyl Nights.” Guests touring on Saturdays evenings can enjoy their craft beer with a side of live music from 7 p.m.  to 9 p.m. each week. Come see how simple ingredients—barley, water, and hops—become something to celebrate.
